Good location, comfortable, the self checkin was super smooth, yukata available, nice shared bathroom, less nicer toilett but still fine.

It is a walking distance from the port and that what we needed. Checked-in after midnight and checked-out at six in the morning. The place was quiet despite the paper in the window frames.
There is no reception and bad response time over communication channel. I was a little nervous due to the comments about self check-in bad experience. We had no problem at all. I followed the instructions (in English) and we entered in couple of minutes.

It’s an older place but it’s operated in a good manner and it’s close to downtown. It was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Large room, great location, yukatas were a nice touch
The front door alarm constantly going off, was very sensitive and not intuitive, no staff and difficult checkin process.
