It was a good relation cost-benefit, it was really close to the beach and it is on a calm street with a lot of street parking
The staff behavior was unpleasant.
They told me about the rule of keeping the street door shut all the time. But each time I arrived it was opened, so first time I though that everyone leave it open and nope they got angry about it.
You are not allow to do anything in the pool, you are not allow to listen to music, drink beer, or even have some friends come over. But one day the hosts had guests and they broke all of those rules.
The AC unit is the worst I have seen, it was not able to chill jusf the bed room, something it threw ice or water at me and sometimes it turned off out of nowhere, also the remote did not had any batteries so it was difficult to set it up.
They had this crazy rule about silence from 10 pm to 8 am, which was break everyday from their construction crew that is building something on the second floor.
And last but not least I had and issue with my friend where we were not able to find him I asked the hosts for some help considering they are local, they did not help me and to male things worse, they accused me of things that we did not do on the property
