Locatie, sportschool, parkeergarage, alles was heel schoon, grote badkamers en genoeg handdoeken etc
Het was niet groot genoeg voor de groep, 2 personen hebben helaas iets anders moeten boeken. Het is eigenlijk maar geschikt voor 4 personen, de andere twee slapen op een vide die volledig open is. Er zijn nergens gordijnen en geen airconditioning, het wordt er erg warm.

The pictures of the apartment did not really do it justice. It was very clean and is actually much bigger and prettier than it appeared in the pictures. It also had everything that was promised in the description and then some. The door and garage code was shared with me by email the day before our arrival. This email also included a picture of the garage entrance keypad, which was super helpful! The two parking spots in the garage were extremely convenient for us, but even if you don’t have transportation, Ralph’s (supermarket) is in walking distance and so is Marina del Ray. We had a wonderful time and will rent this apartment again in the future (if it’s available) the next time we are in Santa Monica 🤩🤗‼️
The start up kit could be a little bit more generous. To be fair it was mentioned in the description that there will be no dishwasher and laundry detergent, but it would be a nice touch if there would be a few dishwasher cubes available 😊

The location was Nice and a pretty quiet neighborhood. I liked the gated garage and the fact that we had 2 parking spots to accommodate our group. Had a nice kitchen with many pots, pans and utensils.
Some areas were a little dirty or dated around the property. Might need to replace the blinds in the apartment since they are broken in some areas. Wish the couch was bigger/ more comfy.

Een fijn apartement van alle gemakken voorzien, wasmachine, droger, airco, 2 badkamers, vaatwasser, zwembad. Voorzieningen zoals supermarkt etc. Om de hoek en 10 minuten bij venice beach vandaan.
Over het algemeen zijn wij positief, maar als ik dan een punt moet noemen: de airco maakt best lawaai en voor het mooie zouden er iets meer handdoeken mogen zijn. Maar verder niets negatiefs.
