It was a little difficult for us to collect the keys upon arrival, but the host was available and very helpful in guiding us through the process.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is in the center of Santa Monica, near the 3rd St Promenade. The apartment is clean and well set up. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. It was easy to get the key and use the parking garage, and having underground parking was very convenient, especially for unpacking and beach gear. The AC was very cold and only needed it here and there. There are lots of cute restaurants and walking areas nearby, and it was easy to walk to the Santa Monica Pier and beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
We had issues with the Wi-Fi cutting in and out, but the owner was attentive and worked to fix it. We have unlimited data, so it wasn't an issue.
