If you don’t own a heavy-duty truck or simply want to avoid the stress of highway towing and backing into tight campsites, select our Optional Delivery & Setup Service at checkout. -We will tow, level, and fully hook up the trailer at your chosen campsite so it’s 100% ready when you arrive. -At the end of your trip, just pack your personal bags and head home—we will handle the pack-down and tow it back! -Rates: $150 flat fee for the first 20 miles from Stockton (perfect for Tower Park KOA or Woodward Reservoir). $5.00 per mile thereafter up to 60 miles (park entry fees paid by guest). Tow-It-Yourself Requirements If you plan to tow the trailer yourself, your tow vehicle MUST meet the following strict safety requirements: -Verified minimum towing capacity of 7,500 lbs. -An operational, in-cab Electronic Brake Controller installed. -Standard 7-way round pin electrical connector. House Rules & Restrictions To keep our trailer pristine and safe for everyone, we enforce a few strict boundaries: -Pre-Paid Waste Tank Dumping: Skip the most unpleasant part of camping! By purchasing this add-on, you can return the RV without emptying the 33-gallon gray and black wastewater tanks. We will handle the dirty work and dump them properly for you at the end of your trip. -Stress-Free Return: We want you to enjoy your vacation until the very last minute. We provide two full 20lb propane tanks for your trip. To save time on your return, look for our Pre-Paid Propane Refill add-on at checkout. This allows you to bring the RV back empty without searching for a refueling station or paying post-trip penalty fees! -Strictly NO Burning Man / Off-Road Desert Festivals: Violation will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit plus additional deep-cleaning fees. -Cats are Strictly Prohibited: Due to a severe family allergy, this is a cat-free, allergy-friendly trailer. (Well-behaved dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval).No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer. -Awning Care: The awning must be fully retracted during high winds or whenever the trailer is left unattended. -If a guest is more than 30 minutes late to a scheduled pickup, delivery, or handover meetup without prior written agreement, a $50.00 USD standby fee will be charged for every hour (or partial hour) of waiting time.
