The location was excellent. I expected it to be a bit noisy but that wasn't the case at all, it was wonderfully quiet in my room. Sadly the lift wasn't working but the exercise up and down the stairs was good and well lit so I always felt safe and comfortable.
The room was great, very comfortable bed, nice amenties - soaps, cofee, tea, chocolate and water. Aircon was at a perfect temperature and kept the air flowing. Nice amount of plug sockets etc. next tot he bed.
The bathroom was perfect. And everything was really nice and clean. Thanks for a lovely stay.
There were a few minor things that would really make a stay excellent: I did need more than one paper cup for coffee - especially when staying two nights. There was no spoon to stir a coffee or tea - all round just need a bit of cutlery and crockery please. There is no mirror in the main bedroom so doing hair is challenging, there was no hairdryer which would've been really good to have. And there are no bedside lamps, but there is a handy switch next to the bed that turns all the lights off.

It was extremely clean, including the wet room. The room was light and airy and had great views to the south. Just off the High Street, so most things you may need, like eateries are on your doorstep.
Very basic. It needed a few more hotel type essentials, like a hairdryer and somewhere to hang clothes. Unfortunately, the lift was broken and I was on the top floor, which was a negative. However, I was offered a full refund, which is a positive!

Super clean, high standard of finish, everything we could possibly need. The communication was excellent too! Easy entry to the building and rooms. Exceeded all expectations.
The lift was out of order but we were informed by the management team and offered a full refund if it meant we couldn’t stay. We were more than happy to use the stairs and so pleased we did as I don’t think we could have found better value for money.
