The staff there are friendly and answer all questions in a professional manor rooms are clean

Breakfast is basic. Only problem instant coffee and not real coffee limited access to sugar and fake cream. But for what you pay for it’s fair

Disappointing. Expectations largely not met.

I had a room on the 7th Floor and very good view. One host called Mike had good hospitality. Spacious parking lot.

Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. Many hosts have poor hospitality. I requested for room service 3 times and there was no response on all occasions. My first room had a broken lock. Very unsafe. Rooms don’t smell good. Cleaning needs to improve. They had posters indicating there is a restaurant but no actual restaurant. Booking.com said my reservation includes breakfast. I never received any breakfast. I literally paid for services that I did not receive.
