• Brand new apartment; we were among the first visitors. Everything was untouched and in perfect condition, without a single scratch anywhere.
• The building is new and recently renovated. The lobby is very well designed and welcoming, and the elevator is modern.
• Plenty of kitchen amenities, including various sauces, spices, tea, coffee, and a wide range of cleaning products.
• Heated floor in the bathroom.
• This would be a perfect apartment for colder days or during the winter. Unfortunately, for hot summer days it lacks air conditioning, and it's difficult to keep the windows open because they face a very busy and noisy street.
• The pillows were small, firm, and uncomfortable. It would be great if they could be replaced.

Excellent apartment for a couple or a solo traveler. The location is perfect and very convenient, right in the heart of Riga. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you might need – every detail has been thoughtfully considered. I also appreciated the building’s lobby, which was clean and well maintained, and the building has an elevator, making access very convenient.
As the apartment is located in the city center, some street noise can be expected if the windows are open.
