the location and the pull out sofa, my friend and i arent opposed to sharing a bed, hence why we paid for a one-bed retreat, although the sofa bed was located in the room with 2 windows that could open, making it so much cooler temperature wise.
i think for us, it got hot really fast, with only the open windows to cool us down it was a but of an issue more towards the start of the stay.

We loved everything! It is a spectacular and beautiful property in all aspects and very well managed with clear instructions, very responsive. The kitchen was so well stocked with general amenities like oil salt and pepper so we didn't have to buy any. We are so happy we got to stay there, right in front and in the middle of Bondi Beach.
No complaints at all. I think the only suggestion (not compliant) would be to include paper kitchen towels as I didn't want to buy any for a 2 night stay and really felt I needed some when I was cooking. I rated the cleanliness as a 4 because I found some wrappers under the sofa but it right underneath and easy to miss so I didn't have a real issue with it.
