Amazimg views, from a very nice, clean, comfortable new apartment. Had an excellnet time!

The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The bedroom and balcony were my favourite areas. The view is very stunning and the aparment & building is chic. You cannot beat the location.

Great venue with awesome views of the city.

Lack of signage for the hotel from the Casino car park. The name on Hotel was not the same as booking name.

Do not stay there!

The location is good to pacific fair shopping and short walk to beach and Broadbeach restaurants. However tower 2 is very difficult to navigate, in and around tower 1 and main casino areas. There’s no parking with the unit, if you park at casino $60 a night so have to park at convention centre which is a long 15 minute walk at $15 per night.

Do not stay here! Had great difficulty in dealing with an air conditioning issue, unit was 28.5 degrees for 2 of our 3 nights. The company refused to come and send a maintenance team to come and fix it, excuse was it was a wkend. They sent us a single fan, when asked for another fan they didn’t have any more. Did not return calls of the issue, only via mesaage communication. They admitted It was a known issue prior to our stay. excuse was it was a new unit. Key collection is at a grocery shop lock box no actual reception. working out parking and how to get to tower 2 was difficult. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Very misleading as the second room had no windows, was like a storeroom cupboard with a bed pushed in. Hardly even enough room to get in it on one side. Unit was set up like a show room with dining set plates and cutlery all over the table-weird. Have stayed in tower 1 before which was perfect, would not stay in tower 2 again. Tower 1 has much more facilities with it! Pools, sauna, spas outdoor areas gym etc. can find better accommodation else where at Star.

Beautiful apartment, great views.

It was a very nice apartment. Great view

We were only given 1 key to the apartment so it made it very difficult for us to leave the apartment separately.
