Excellent breakfast, delivered to our room. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, very clean and new feeling.
There was still work ongoing in this apart-hotel, so not all facilities were available. We knew this in advance and it did not impact our stay, but I look forward to going back when it is fully complete.

EXCELLENT. PERSONAL. ON TIME. SERVED TO THE ROOM
Some other facilities in the Hotel, besides the excellent room and service.
The area outside the Hotel at the front.... But I understand it is a HOTEL in the central Historic Roma. The Location values 100 %. Once inside it is another level.

Breakfast was excellent, reception staff were so helpful and accommodating. Location was ideal, not too far to walk to anywhere, and was truly an experience to stay in the first theatre in Rome.
We had a cover housekeeping staff member when there and it meant that towels, cups, teabags etc were not replenished daily and we had to keep asking reception for more. The hotel is not yet finished being built! No gym, restaurant etc., unlike the photos tell you. It is very loud in the rooms as soundproofing is not fantastic.

Location is great, central but a quiet street. I was in a suite facing the front of the hotel and it was cosy quiet and light. The hotel is brand new and the staff were incredibly helpful.
