Step through the door of Walton Beach House and the Essex coast announces itself immediately - sea views from the front rooms on every floor, the pier visible from the upper levels, and Walton's long beach stretching all the way toward Frinton in the distance. It's the kind of outlook that makes it hard to stay indoors.

Spread across four floors, this is one of the larger houses available this close to the Walton-on-the-Naze seafront - five bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests in a layout that works well for multi-generational families, large groups of friends, or two families travelling together. The renovation has been done with a clear coastal aesthetic in mind: bright, modern interiors that feel light and airy without being bland, and spaces that feel generous even when the house is full.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area on the lower ground floor is the practical heart of the house - fully equipped for cooking together at scale, with room for everyone to eat at once. The living space above has the sea views and the comfortable sofas, which tends to be where the evenings end up. Five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms give the house enough breathing room for a group this size to coexist comfortably.
