📌 Outdoor fires are permitted only when municipal regulations and SOPFEU restrictions allow.

📌 Parties, excessive gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior authorization.

📌 Two outdoor security cameras are installed on the property and monitor only exterior access points and the grounds. There are no cameras inside the chalet.

📌 During winter, weather conditions can change quickly. Winter tires and an appropriate vehicle are strongly recommended.

📌 Personal watercraft are permitted on the Baskatong Reservoir and may be safely docked at the property's private dock. A nearby boat launch is also available with fees.

📌 To go fishing, you must have a valid fishing license and Baskatong AFC Fishing Authorization. Please note that fees may apply.
