This is an ideal flat for two people sharing in a very good location with good bus links outside the door and easy walking distances to Westminster and the Thames path. The flat is very quiet, well-equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. The king bed is extremely comfortable. Being on the fourth floor it is very helpful to have a lift. The owner sent very detailed photos and instructions for finding the keys and getting into the flat and also instructions about checking out. We found these extremely helpful. We would certainly stay here again when needing to stay overnight in London and have already told friends about the flat.
It would be good to have some lights by the bed...with just a bright overhead light this is not appropriate for reading in bed. It would be easy to have a couple of small lights placed on the shelf behind the bed, rather than having to turn the ceiling light on and off by the door.
A luggage rack/stand in the bedroom would be helpful rather than having to put bags on the floor.

Large modern 1 bedroom flat ..clean spacious shower. Very practical. well equipped kitchen. The communication from the host was efficient. The bed was comfy and the place did quieten down around midnight.
The lights were too bright and on the garish side. The furnishings were too dark. A little musty but cleared when we opened the windows ...warm ... Please consider investing in an AC /inverter so the windows can be closed to block the noise of the train and traffic.
