Fantastic carriage cart loft conversion with everything g we needed and some lovely complimentary treats of cookies , cake and a bottle of wine for my girlfriend as it was her birthday. Very thoughtful Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and a fantastic central location with free parking on the doorstep. Karen and Ian were fantastic hosts and breakfast in their medieval dining room was excellent. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return

The hosts here were lovely and had thought of pretty much everything. The location is excellent - right in the centre of Lavenham. Breakfast was great and there were little extras like home.made cookies and cake in the room. They even offered my elderly mother a lift to the train station in Sudbury at the end of her stay 🙂

Very friendly hosts, the property was very clean and comfortable. Nice touches with cake and biscuits provided. Lavenham is a lovely place to visit.
