The location of picking up the key is close by.
The video instruction is helpful.
This 2-bedroom unit is beautifully presented with the things you need for a short stay. It would have been good if the beds are two single beds per room that can be joined together if there is a couple and the other for kids or 2 individuals wanting separate beds in a room.
Location is a walking distance to Canberra Centre and eateries/restaurants.
I would suggest a mail box in the lobby with a digital lock is a lot more convenient for guests check ins and checkouts as finding a parking to pick up and returning the keys is a cumbersome.
Warning instructions on parking when picking up the key (from EzyMart) would be helpful.
I did not receive an email of instructions on checking-in early enough to get familiar with it. I had to call the number of the host to ask where to obtain the key and how to access the accommodation. I spoke to two people whom I got confused getting the instruction. (I could be too tired on our arrival that I find their communications hard to understand).
Finding a parking was a challenge, it was difficult in the area since so many road constructions are happening during our stay.
The driving into the second level parking space is difficult in particular going down the ramp because it was too tight. If one has a big car, it will be very challenging. When exiting, the bollard did not go up that we tried several swiping of the card. It was good that an incoming resident helped us by swiping his card. I find the check in process quite cumbersome.
