The apartment was brand new, and the building itself also seemed to be either newly built or recently renovated, so everything felt clean and modern.
The communication with the owner was excellent. We received all the necessary information and, during our stay, the owner even checked in with us to ask if everything was okay, which we really appreciated.
The free parking and underground garage is a big advantage. The apartment is a little small for a family of four, but for a two-night stay in Vienna, it was just perfect and had everything we needed.
The location is also very convenient. Billa and Spar are about a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The metro and tram stations are only a few minutes' walk from the apartment, making it very easy to get around. The city centre can be reached in just a few metro stops, and other tourist attractions are also easily accessible.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the apartment, especially for a short trip to Vienna.
A couple of small things we noticed during our stay:
What we missed, especially with small children, was a handheld vacuum cleaner. It would have been very useful for quickly cleaning up after the kids. A toilet brush in the bathroom would also be a nice addition.
One other small point regarding check-in: the booking stated that check-in was available from 16:00, so we arrived just a few minutes after 4 PM. However, the cleaning was still in progress, and we were therefore unable to occupy the apartment immediately. I also acknowledge that I did not inform the owner in advance of our exact arrival time. Since we knew we would arrive after 16:00, I assumed that the apartment would be ready by then, so I didn't feel it was necessary to specify our arrival time.
Overall, these are just small suggestions that could make the stay even more convenient.
