****Fully New remodeled Condo**** . This fully remodeled first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 40 inch flat screen tv streaming capabilities only. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom have 2 full size beds. with a 32 inch tv with streaming capabilities only. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with sliding glass doors. For your enjoyment, the living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Dtv service. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This unit also is equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit. The patio has been enclosed. While staying in this unit, you will have access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. There are 2 heated communal pools, a jacuzzi, tennis courts, and much more! Palm Bay Club is very centrally located on Siesta Key with trolley stops directly in front of the property for easy transportation to and from the North and South Village areas. The property is lined with Palm Trees to make you feel the "island vibe." Sit by the pool, exercise in the gym, fish off the dock on the bayside, or sun bathe on Siesta Key beach! Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
