A few minutes walk to the Middleton township, Middleton Tavern and surf and coffee shops. Only a five minute drive to the historic town of Pt Elliot and the stunning Horseshoe Bay with its beach front cafes and restaurants or choose the 3km bike track that leads to Port Elliot. The township of Goolwa is ten minutes in the other direction with the Goolwa Markets, cafes, art galleries and brewery on the wharf. The Cockle train station is also within walking distance and takes you to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbor.
