Pretty bad experience
The location is good. Close to everything and you can see the beach.
The cleaning of the room was absolutely unacceptable. We were told that the room would be cleaned every two days, and during our four-night stay, we expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maintenance.
The first time the cleaning lady came, we noticed that there was still hair on the floor and that dirt had simply been pushed underneath the sink instead of actually being cleaned. The sheets had not been changed, and the dishes had not been washed either.
We reported this to the staff, who sent the cleaning lady back the following day to clean the room again. Unfortunately, the exact same issues remained. We raised the matter with the staff again, and the cleaning lady came back for a third time. This time, however, she entered the apartment without knocking while we were still inside. This was extremely shocking and uncomfortable for us, as entering an occupied apartment without knocking or waiting for permission is simply unacceptable.
What made the situation even worse was that, when we mentioned this to the staff, they simply brushed it off as if it were completely normal. Despite the room being cleaned three times, the sheets were never changed throughout our entire stay.
Overall, the cleaning service was far below an acceptable standard, and the way our concerns were handled by the staff made the experience even more disappointing.
Also if you like to sleep before 11pm it’s pretty impossible. At the beach they blast loud music until 11pm and you can hear it pretty clearly from the appartment
