Worthless, very rude staff attitude, Filthy

If there is negative rating I will definitely give -10, everything is just what a hotel should not be.

The agent by name of Joseph but looks like a Bangladeshi is extremely arrogant and rude no manners and don’t even bother to look and speak but wants his job done quickly, he teaches you how to use the room and lift card but if you asked his a second time he would get angry.even though we already paid online still he got a 100Rm deposit i don’t understand for what but I didn’t wish to make an issue so I opt to keep quiet. The room was filthy, door knobs were loose as though they are Gona come off, the blankets had filthy stains on it and we saw a coackroach. The air-corn has some issue and water was leaking like a rain and since there is no fan we have to endure for the money we paid. The toilet is utterly disgusting and when you have to wash the water would be stagnant and couldn’t possibly run towards the drain. Old lamps and 1 large lamp which looked like it could fall anytime and they didn’t even bother to make up or renew these things. We had to continuous remind to clean our room even though the cleaning staff saw our “make up room sign and ignored us” This is a nightmare for someone who travel to have some peaceful time. And the room also has strong smoke smell. I would definitely avoid this hotel at all cost it is not worth the penny. Staff attitude negative 10 Cleaniness negative 10 Layout doesnt feel good Personal opinion? Avoid it at all cost.
