Location was good and the property itself was clean and comfortable. Wifi connection was fair.
They tried to demand we pay them in cash, when we booked through agency and they said card was ok. Not a good start. We asked for driver with 4x4 specifically. The one that arrived wanted $40 to take us to Lake Kaindy (12km) and only to the parking lot (which we did ourselves on a paved road). Not what we asked for and he tried to scam us - and was recommended by the guesthouse. Breakfast was dreadful, 2 tiny 1/2 squares of cheese, 2 slices of tomato and cucumber and something pretending to be meat and 1 cold egg.

Все было отлично, чистый дом, чудесный вид, есть все для гигиены (тапочки, щетки, постель, полотенца), теплая вода, мини холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. Есть телевизор, но без интернета там ничего просто не включить (за отсутствие интернета в самом доме отняла балл до 9).
Есть плита, посуда для готовки и посуда для сервировки (тарелки, вилки, чашки).
Ночью видны звезды. Если закрыть окна, хорошая звукоизоляция. На участке всего 4 дома, но за счет веранды при входе, никто никого не видит и окна на соседей не выходят.
Не было штор в спальне и ванной, но там перекрывает все забор и в целом нет построек.
В доме не работал интернет из-за перекрытия стен, но на улице ловил идеально и стабильно старлинк, а также не подключен был телевизор к сети (нет интернета) и мы не могли им воспользоваться. Возможно, уже все исправили или только в нашем домике была такая ситуация.
На втором этаже нет кровати, а просто матрасы на полу, но на 1 этаже хорошая 2х спальная кровать.

Аккуратный, чистый, уютный, новый дом, сразу чувствуется, что старались при выборе даже подушек, украшений ❤️ вид на горы потрясающий. Хозяева гостеприимные, покормили вкусным и сытным завтраком. Все прекрасно в этом доме! Процветания хозяевам и работникам 🙌🏼

A wonderful family cottage, complete with everything you need, right down to toothbrushes and slippers. The renovations are fresh, everything is clean, the breakfast is very filling, and, most importantly, it's quiet. The staff is very polite. Kolsay is 25-30 minutes away, and Kaindy is also nearby, with plenty of cafes nearby where you can sample the local cuisine.
