Le lieu est très reposant ! J'ai rarement aussi bien dormi.
Et les propriétaires de la guesthouse sont trés gentils ! On a beaucoup rigolé et ils nous ont organisé une petite soirée danse avec les autres voyageurs où chacun a montré les danses traditionnelles de son pays ☺️
Ils aiment partager la culture de leur pays, nous avond beaucoup appris !
Le quartier est safe, il n'y a aucun problème pour se balader seule dans les alentours et le lac Kolsai est vraiment pas loin.

It was truly a special place. The staff were amazing and very helpful. You become part of their family and routine very quickly.
Karabulak village is very untouched and you can literally walk out at the back of the property and in 10 mins you have a beautiful view on the hill top.
I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful and local experience.

Quiet location off the beaten path.
Volleyball with family at night.
Cheap accommodation.
Rock hard beds.
Communication was difficult, organising taxi (6000 per person from Almaty each way) was last minute. Person messaging is in China not onsite.
No information provided when you arrive for how to get anywhere in the area or things like where to find drinking water?
Payment was a hassle - Could do WeChat payment to a Chinese business but no manager onsite so got bombarded with messages and calls after checking out saying we didn’t pay but they never explained how to do so?
Organised breakfast that was paid for on our last morning and it never arrived so had to leave on an empty stomach.
