Nett, Sauber und alles gut erreichbar allerdings unkomfortabel durch die eingeschränkte Privatsphäre.

Der persönliche Empfang von der Vermieterin hat uns gut gefallen. So auch die Sauberkeit und die Lage der Unterkunft. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch in Ordnung.

Trotz Angabe eines inbegriffenen Parkplatzes war dieser nicht vorhanden, was mitten in Wien natürlich sehr schlecht ist. Habe sogar noch ein Knöllchen bekommen :( Privatsphäre lässt zu wünschen übrig, da es eine Tür zur Wohnung der Vermieterin gibt. Diese ist zwar abschließbar allerdings nicht wirklich schalldicht. Die Eingangstür ist eine Tür direkt zu Straße was auf den Bildern leider nicht zu sehen war. Dies wirkte auf uns befremdlich.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gemütliche Wohnung und eine tolle Gastgeberin!

★★★★★ Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, und von dort aus erreicht man den Bahnhof schnell und unkompliziert. Carla, die Gastgeberin, ist eine sehr freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Person. Die Kommunikation war angenehm und unkompliziert, und man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön fanden wir die warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen – genau das, was man sich von einer Unterkunft wünscht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, liebe Carlla, für den schönen Aufenthalt! ❤️

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, und von dort aus erreicht man den Bahnhof schnell und unkompliziert. Carla, die Gastgeberin, ist eine sehr freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Person. Die Kommunikation war angenehm und unkompliziert, und man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön fanden wir die warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen – genau das, was man sich von einer Unterkunft wünscht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, liebe Carlla, für den schönen Aufenthalt! ❤️
