Holiday Home Antonija, with two bedrooms and accommodation for up to 5 people, is located in an elevated position about 400 meters from the sea, in the Triluke Bay on the island of Pašman.What makes this house special is its secluded location – with no immediate neighbors – offering complete privacy for its guests.The beach is 350–400 meters away, accessible via a slightly steep path leading down to a beautiful bay.All rooms are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are in one open space.The kitchen includes a refrigerator (60 l) with a freezer compartment (10 l), a gas stove with four burners, and a coffee machine.Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm).The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Hot water is provided via a boiler powered by solar energy.Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed weekly.An outdoor shower is also available in the yard.Please note: Beach towels are not provided – we kindly ask you to bring your own.Internet access is available in the house.The terrace is furnished with a seating area. One part of the terrace is uncovered and serves as a sunbathing area.In the garden, there is a barbecue, and next to the pool there is a covered area with seating where guests can relax or play billiards.Electricity and water should be used sparingly.Water is stored in a tank, and due to high summer temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before drinking or to bring bottled water for consumption. The tank water is safe for cooking and washing.Electricity is solar-powered (220 V). Guests are not allowed to bring or use their own electrical appliances, except for mobile phone or laptop chargers.Please note: During cloudy weather, the availability of hot water and air conditioning may be limited.Guests are advised to bring their own mobile phones so they can contact us if needed.Standard electrical sockets are available in the house, so phones and other small devices can be charged using your own regular chargers.Access to the house is possible by car via a rough, improvised gravel/dirt road over the hill.This road may be affected by weather conditions but is passable with a standard car when driving slowly and carefully.Pašman Island is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru.It is a great destination for all water sports enthusiasts.
