The receptionists are really really great!! They regularly checked in with us to see if they can help us with our itinerary, asked if we needed any assistance when some of us fell ill, helped us with lugagges, etc.

Not too far from the city centre. Quiet nights, very safe and clean for girls to stay here. Mint was so nice too which makes me feel very comfortable. I'm glad I got this stay. She even offered to upgrade me for free. I can't recommend this place more!
If you get the bigger room, and you go to the toilet often, it will be a bit of a hassle for you maybe. But it was fine for me! (Room is separate with the kitchen and toilet)

数日間滞在しましたが、サービスが本当に素晴らしく、温かく迎えていただきました。特にMintさんには、人数や部屋数の追加が必要だった際、予約の変更などをいろいろと手伝っていただき、とても助かりました。ツアーの予約もしてくださり、Tony さんもいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれて嬉しかったです。
立地もとても良く、旧市街まで歩いてすぐなので観光にも便利でした。スタッフの皆さんのおかげで快適に過ごすことができました。またハノイに来ることがあれば、ぜひここに戻ってきて泊まりたいです。

This was my partner’s and my first time in Hanoi, and we completely fell in love with the city. Mint & Tony took such great care of us throughout our stay, even helping arrange our rides to and from Ha Long Bay. They made everything so easy and stress-free. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.
