The Space:
This listing covers the entire Villa Campestre estate — Villa 1 and Villa 2 together, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms across six beds, sleeping up to nine guests. Villa 1 pairs a double bed with a bunk bed and its own balcony, while Villa 2 sleeps a larger group across two double beds and a single bed. Each villa has its own executive mini fridge, and the shared kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Between both villas, guests share the estate's outdoor pool, garden and mountain views, a fire pit, a four-person wooden swing, a hammock, a ping pong table, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill — built for groups who want to spread out and still gather together.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to both villas, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.
Our on-site caretaker will personally greet you at the property's gate on arrival and hand over the keys — there's no lock code to worry about. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Getting Around:
Based on the property's own arrival directions, Higüey is roughly a 20-minute drive away, and Punta Cana International Airport is an estimated 50 minutes to an hour further — we recommend confirming this with us closer to your trip, since it isn't a live route calculation. A car is the most practical way to get around this rural area.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.
- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.
- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.
- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.
- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
