The Space:

Set high on the 14th floor, this freshly renovated retreat has a bright, open-concept living area with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, and wide water views. Step onto the private balcony, furnished for outdoor lounging, to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunset glow.



The modern kitchen flows into a stylish dining area and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and dining table. The living room includes a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.



Sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests:

• Primary bedroom: queen bed, water views, and balcony access

• Second bedroom: 2 single beds

• Living room: 1 double sofa sleeper and 1 single sleeper ottoman



Two full bathrooms include fresh linens, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer. For longer stays, enjoy in-home washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. Children’s books and toys add a thoughtful touch for families.



Guest Access:

For your shopping needs the nearby Marco Town Center offers boutiques and grocery stores just ten minutes away by car. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and safe streets making it an ideal destination for families looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast. Boat slips are available by request--there are wet and dry slips.



Getting Around:

Getting to our island paradise is easy and convenient. We provide complimentary parking on the premises for your vehicle, which is the most recommended way to explore Marco Island and its beautiful surroundings. For those flying in, Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers is approximately a sixty minute drive from the property. While public transportation options on the island are limited, you will find that a rental car offers the greatest freedom to visit local grocery stores, upscale restaurants, and nearby attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the condo, and pets are not permitted on the premises. Complimentary parking is available for your vehicle, which is the most convenient way to explore Marco Island. As this is a resort property, we kindly ask that you observe all community rules regarding the use of the pool, tennis courts, and fitness center.
