Welcome to the private upstairs residence of our Beacon Hill multifamily home, a cozy-modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat with its own private exterior entrance, full kitchen, living room, dining area, workspace, and thoughtful wellness amenities.

The upstairs residence is completely self-contained and private. A separate residence is located downstairs, with no interior doorway or staircase connecting the two.

Inside, enjoy a king Eight Sleep smart bed, massage chair, AMP Fitness equipment, fast Wi-Fi, Smart Roku TV, and a Roku projector + screen in the bedroom. Outside, guests have access to the property’s shared sauna, Jacuzzi hot tub, Coldture cold plunge, grill, and outdoor lounge areas.

The upstairs bedroom has a window A/C unit, and a portable fan is also provided.

The residence also has its own heating controls, separate from the downstairs residence.

SHARED SPA + WELLNESS EXPERIENCE -

Upstairs guests have access to the property’s spa and outdoor amenities. These spaces may be shared with guests staying in the separate downstairs residence when it is occupied.

Custom-Built Sauna -
One of the highlights of Beacon Hill is our exceptionally spacious custom-built sauna, measuring approximately 7 ft × 7 ft.

Designed specifically for this property, it is much larger than a typical residential sauna and offers plenty of room to stretch out, lie back, and enjoy the peaceful picture-window views overlooking the surrounding trees.

Because of its large size, please allow some time for the sauna to fully warm.

Jacuzzi J-325 Hot Tub -
Relax in our Jacuzzi J-325 hot tub with ergonomic seating and hydrotherapy jets designed to target areas such as the back, shoulders, neck, and legs.
Different seats provide different massage experiences, and the spa also features ambient LED lighting and a soothing water feature.

Coldture Cold Plunge -
Cool down in our Coldture cold plunge, which uses a dedicated chiller system to maintain consistently cold water without requiring guests to add ice.

For a full wellness experience, you can alternate between:
Sauna → Cool Down → Cold Plunge → Rest → Repeat

Please enjoy all wellness amenities responsibly and at your own comfort level.

The outdoor amenity spaces may be shared with guests staying downstairs.
Temporary fire pit closure: Seattle’s Stage 2 Burn Ban went into effect August 7, 2026, so the wood-burning fire pit is currently unavailable. It will be reopened once local restrictions allow.

The sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge remain available.

PRIVATE GUEST ACCESS -
Your reservation includes private access to the entire upstairs residence.
You will have your own:
• Private exterior entrance
• Smart-lock keypad
• Bedroom + bathroom
• Full kitchen
• Living room
• Dining area
• Dedicated workspace

There is no interior connection to the separate downstairs residence.
Please note that the upstairs residence is accessed by approximately 20 exterior steps from the parking area.

Your upstairs residence itself remains completely private and is never shared with another guest reservation.

PARKING -
On-property parking is available in the designated natural-surface parking area outside the fence.

Because parking serves the multifamily property, please follow the parking instructions provided before check-in and do not park on neighboring property.

If you expect to arrive with multiple vehicles, please contact us in advance so we can confirm the best parking arrangement. Overflow parking requires prior approval.

PET-FRIENDLY -
Well-behaved pets are welcome.

The outdoor spaces are not guaranteed to be completely enclosed or escape-proof, so pets should be supervised while outside and leashed when appropriate.

Because some outdoor amenity areas may be shared with downstairs guests, please be considerate of others when bringing pets into shared spaces.

MULTIFAMILY HOME -
This is the private upstairs residence of a multifamily property with a completely separate residence downstairs.

There is no interior connection between the two residences, and your upstairs space remains completely private.

As with most multifamily homes, some normal residential sound may occasionally travel between levels. We ask guests to be mindful of footsteps, music, and other noise, particularly during quiet hours.

RESIDENTIAL BEACON HILL SETTING -

Enjoy a relaxing residential setting while remaining conveniently located for exploring Seattle.

Neighbors live nearby, so guests are expected to respect parking instructions, posted quiet hours, and house rules throughout their stay.

Parties and events are not permitted.

NEED ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACE? -
In addition to the king bed and living room sofa bed, additional air mattresses may be available with at least 3 days’ advance notice.
