The Space:

Vaulted ceilings and abundant daylight make this top-floor, end-unit condo feel open from the moment you walk in. The living area and full kitchen give you room to make breakfast before the beach, while the private balcony is the place for the ocean view. One bedroom, one bath, and three beds sleep up to four, with a washer and dryer for the sandy towels.



Guest Access:

This Kona Keauhou Resort condo offers a private entrance and access to the shared communal pool, with resort access and golf course views on the grounds. Outdoor seating and a lit path to the entrance round out the amenities, close to the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Keauhou is a quieter, south-of-town Kona base with an easy mix of ocean access, golf, shopping, and harbor activity. Keauhou Beach Park is nearby for a low-key shoreline stop, while Kahalu'u Beach Park is a short drive for some of the area's most popular reef snorkeling. Pick up provisions at Keauhou Shopping Center, book an ocean outing from Keauhou Harbor, or head north to Kailua Village for dinner. It suits families who want Kona close, but not at its busiest.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast at your own pace. Keauhou Beach Park, Keauhou Harbor, the shopping center, snorkeling spots, and Downtown Kailua-Kona are all an easy drive away. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.

Check in time: 4:00 PM. Check out time: 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Resurfacing for the swimming pool decking starting September 1 through September 24. The pools will not be available during this timeframe. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
