This bright ground-floor condo is set up for easy together time, with a living room that has three comfortable sofas and a TV for slower evenings. The fully equipped kitchen handles breakfast through dinner, and a stackable washer and dryer sits in the hall. A screened lanai with outdoor dining and cushioned beach chairs looks toward the fairway, inviting a midday pause in the shade.



Guest Access:

Guests at Waikoloa Fairways enjoy access to the community's shared pool and hot tub, set on golf course front, beautifully landscaped grounds. On site parking is available throughout this Big Island community close to the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Waikoloa Village sits inland from the Kohala Coast, where golf fairways, cooling trade winds, and a quieter local rhythm replace the crowds. The Village Course and village conveniences are nearby, while Anaeho'omalu Bay and the resort shoreline are best reached by car. Down at the coast, A-Bay offers a sandy place to swim and spend the afternoon, with restaurants and shops close by at Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is a relaxed area for travelers who want a peaceful place to recharge between beach outings.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is recommended for reaching coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries, while beaches and larger resort areas are a drive away. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots.

• Effective immediately for reservations of stay beginning 1/1/2023, the HOA By-Laws will require that all vacation rentals adhere to the (7) nights minimum stay requirement.
