Our Amish built log cabin sits on a private and quiet, wooded 3-acre lot with two aluminum docks on the 256 feet of shoreline of Island Lake. Located near the end of a dead end road with neighboring cabins, the property remains very quiet, and private - perfect for couples or families seeking relaxation or adventures in Northern MN. Whether you're looking to fish, paddle, hike, ride, enjoy evenings around the fire, or simply unplug, this cabin offers the perfect Northwoods getaway.

Days are best spent outdoors year round in Minnesota! Relax on the deck or gather around the campfire. Explore Island Lake by pontoon or kayak, or simply enjoy the quiet sounds of nature from the shoreline. The public water access gives you the opportunity to bring your own boat to explore the lake or use our pontoon. The island located in the middle of Island Lake is public state land with trails, providing a space for you to explore. Many UTV and snowmobile trails are located nearby so bring your favorite vehicles to explore the area. Wake up to coffee on the screened porch, spend the day on the lake, and end the evening around the firepit under a sky full of stars.

Inside, the cabin offers a comfortable space to relax after a day outdoors. Guests find two comfortable queen beds and a clean, newly remodeled bathroom with a refreshing walk-in tile shower. The space stays cozy with AC, a mini split heater, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy board games, cards, or a good book. The basement offers a recreation area to play games, darts, or ping pong. Spend your summer evenings on the screened-in porch with a propane fire pit, perfect for bug-free lounging. In the winter, enjoy relaxing in front of the wood stove.
