This is an older resort but it’s a really nice place right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. There’s a sandwich shop on the property that serves excellent food and great drinks. Our condo (502) was nice with a great view of the pool and ocean. It’s nicely furnished and comfortable. The only negative for us was the bathroom was a huge turn off and in need of a deep cleaning and could really use updating or new grout at the very least. We’d definitely return to the property, just not this particular unit.

The condo is cute with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Short walk to the pool, beach and green grass. The view from the balcony was spectacular views of the ocean and glorious sunsets.
Amenities in the condo were great, updated appliances (plus an icemaker--bonus), so we were able to prepare meals in condo, helped save money. TV was large + roku to stream netflix. It's a short drive into Kihei, so prepare to Uber/Lyft or rent a car. The unit even supplied laundry detergent, so we could have washed clothes if we had needed or wanted to. The king bed was also very comfortable. We would return again.

Place clean and nice. Ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom
great having washer & dryer in unit. Only two small things. No beach chairs and too much furniture in the living room.
