This 4500sf Amazing waterfront home is the perfect getaway for a couple, families, or friends to enjoy Lake Coeur d'Alene in the summer or a snow wonderland in the winter. The main floor features an open concept, a chef's kitchen, and a dining & living room with beautiful lake views from the house. Upstairs, there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds, and a kids' pass-through area with 2 full bunk beds that sleep 4 and a pullout queen couch. Bring your boat in the summer or skis/snowmobiles in the winter. Downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms with king beds, a large living room, and a deck to a hot tub or the lake. It's 15 min. to Downtown CDA with shopping/restaurants, golf, hiking, etc.Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this inviting home offers a warm atmosphere.
