Welcome to our beautifully renovated Vineyard Haven retreat at 14 Uncatena Terrace, with access to a private association beach—a light-filled coastal getaway designed for relaxation, family gatherings, and unforgettable Martha's Vineyard vacations.
This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features three private bedroom suites, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for families and groups alike.
The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious private bath with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower—creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. Upstairs, one suite includes a queen bed plus two full beds, and its own bathroom with a shower and ample closet space. The second upstairs suite offers a queen bed and a private bath with both a tub and a shower.
The finished lower level provides additional sleeping accommodations with bunk beds, a twin bed, and a comfortable family room complete with a 75-inch TV, ping-pong table, and air hockey table—perfect for kids and rainy-day fun.
The entire home has been thoughtfully renovated, including a fully remodeled kitchen equipped with everything you need: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving pieces. Large windows throughout the home fill every room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Relax in the comfortable living room featuring plush seating and a 75-inch television, or step outside to enjoy the home's multiple outdoor living spaces.
