Sleeping arrangements



The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms:

Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and other local conveniences are also within easy driving distance.



Guest Access:

Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire condo throughout their stay. Complimentary access to the available Windsor Palms community amenities is also included.



The home offers smart-lock self check-in, so there is no need to arrange an in-person key exchange.



Please note that the condo is located on the top floor.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Palms is a secure, family-friendly resort community with a staffed entrance operating 24 hours a day. Its convenient Kissimmee location places guests close to Disney, restaurants, shopping, and many of Orlando’s most popular attractions.



After a busy day at the parks, guests can return to the community and enjoy the swimming pool, fitness center, sports courts, theater, arcade, playground, and other shared recreational spaces.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for traveling to the theme parks, restaurants, stores, and other Orlando attractions.



Complimentary parking is available in the community parking lot for up to two vehicles. Please follow all posted parking signs and community regulations during your stay.



The resort entrance is monitored by a security guard 24 hours a day.



Other Things to Note:

Professional cleaning



The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows established procedures to prepare the property for each arriving guest.



Damage protection



All reservations require damage protection, which must be completed through our third-party system before arrival.



For one-night reservations:



A refundable $250 security deposit is required. This is processed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released following a damage-free checkout inspection.



For reservations of two nights or longer:



Guests may choose between:



A refundable $250 security deposit

A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100



The damage waiver provides coverage for qualifying accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



Security deposit authorizations expire after seven days. For longer reservations, the original hold will be released on day six and reauthorized to maintain continuous coverage.



Checkout policy



Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure to prepare the condo for the next reservation.



Unauthorized late checkouts can disrupt the cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.



Starter supplies



This is a self-catering property. A limited quantity of essential items is provided upon arrival, but supplies are not replenished during the stay.



Each bathroom includes:

One roll of toilet paper



The laundry area includes enough detergent pods for up to two loads.
