Milne’s Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie-the-Pooh’s adventures take place, is 12 miles away. Head through the front door and into the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You’ll find comfortable, colourful seating in the lounge area, where you can watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create meals for all occasions. Prepare a picnic for your daily walk or relax over a delicious dinner at the dining table. The property has two welcoming king-size bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine bedroom, which has an en-suite WC. Both bedrooms have zip-and-link beds, so they can be made up as twins if required. The ground floor is home to contemporary family bathroom that has a shower over the bath.


Immediately outside the front door is a covered patio area, which has a bench where you can sit and admire the visiting local wildlife, including a buzzard, deer and a resident woodpecker. Beyond this is a fully enclosed 3 acres to explore, with handy seating dotted throughout. Private parking is available for one car, 360 metres away from the cottage. A portable trolley is provided to transport your luggage.
