Welcome to 2504 Harbor Drive in the desirable Bethany Bay community of Ocean View, Delaware. This beautifully situated coastal retreat offers stunning bay views and a peaceful setting just minutes from Bethany Beach. Enjoy relaxing mornings and spectacular sunsets from your private outdoor spaces overlooking the water. The Bethany Bay community features exceptional amenities, including a golf course, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, and a waterfront gazebo. Whether you're planning a family beach vacation or a quiet coastal getaway, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic waterfront living.
Fishing or crabbing on any Storm Retention Pond at Bethany Bay is prohibited. It is prohibited to enter the Storm Retention Pond buffers as it damages the protection that they are intended to provide. Fishing is allowed at the Entrance (Sailboat) Pond only and is catch & release. Guests can bring a kayak or canoe, but there is no guest storage for the items, and there is no guest key to remove the chain in front of the boat ramp. Guess would have to step over the chain for water access. Boats are not allowed. Campers and trailers are not allowed on the property. There is no fitness center access. No building or property elevator. Any pool cards missing from unit after guest reservation will result in $100 charge per missing pass.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
