Reached via cottage-stye stairs, and with areas of low, sloping ceiling, the king-size bedroom encompasses the entire first floor, including a seating area with lovely rural views, a Juliet balcony and a delightful en-suite shower room. Outside, a shingled garden space is furnished for outdoor suppers or drinks in the fresh air and sunshine.


The barn is located in the village of Thurton, where you’ll find a traditional pub serving a choice of food and drink, while just 2 miles away is the family-run Chet Valley Vineyard. The beautiful Raveningham Gardens is only 6 miles away. For walks and activities head to Whitlingham Country Park, 8.5 miles, or Carlton Marshes, 16 miles. In the lovely city of Norwich, 8.5 miles away, you can tour the castle and cathedral, indulge in some retail therapy or discover great places to eat.
