Hi, I am Jessica, and welcome to Aquamarine. This freshly remodeled home sits on a quiet street just off US1 in Pompano Beach. It is new to the rental market, and every guest so far has left a perfect five star review, calling it spotless, brand new, and exactly like the photos.

THE LOCATION
The beach is about an 8 minute drive away, and you are close to Publix and a handful of local restaurants, with quick access to Federal Highway for getting anywhere else in the city. A few minutes from the house, Pompano Beach Community Park packs a whole second vacation: 16 lighted clay tennis courts, a dozen pickleball courts, beach volleyball, disc golf, a playground, a one mile walking trail, and the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center with its Olympic size pool. Golfers are covered too, the city owned Pompano Beach Golf Course is close by and its Pines course was designed by Greg Norman.

THE LIVING ROOM
Bright and social, with a large smart TV, comfortable seating for the whole group, a full size sofa bed for flexible sleeping, and big windows that let in plenty of natural Florida light. It flows straight into the kitchen and dining area, so no one is left out of the conversation while dinner comes together.

THE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, its own smart TV, and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps the rest of the group, also with its own TV. Every bed is dressed in fresh linens for the kind of sleep that makes a vacation feel like a real break. Sleeps up to six.

THE KITCHEN
Cooks will feel right at home with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and quartz style counters. A stocked coffee bar is ready for your first morning, and the cabinets hold pots, pans, and everything you need to cook a full meal.

THE BATHROOM
One well appointed bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and a clean, modern tile finish, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries so you can travel light.

OUTDOORS
Choose your spot: a covered front porch with cozy seating, or a private side patio with string lights and a wood privacy screen. Both are good for slow mornings or an easy drink as the evening cools down. Dedicated parking sits right out front.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are on site and stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, so you do not have to pack extra.

STOCKED FOR YOU
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, linens, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, sponges, dish detergent, basic condiments, and coffee. Beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are ready by the door, plus a high chair, pack n play, and stroller for families traveling with little ones.

GETTING AROUND
A car makes Aquamarine effortless: dedicated parking out front, and being just off US1 means the beach, Publix, and the rest of Pompano are quick, straight shots. The free Circuit shuttle covers the beach district (download the Ride Circuit app), and Uber and Lyft arrive fast in this part of town.

GOOD TO KNOW
Aquamarine is my home, professionally managed by Acuity Property Management, so someone is always quick to respond if anything comes up. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM, the lead guest must be 25 or older, and this is a no smoking, no party home. Smart lock entry means no keys to juggle at check-in, and everything is washed, restocked, and checked between every stay.
