The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, and essential cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided, so please help yourself. There is a dining table seating 6 guests, plus an additional breakfast counter for extra seating. The double sofa bed in the living room allows the property to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Just a stone's throw away is the Open Market, Brighton's hidden gem, with lots of local eateries and independent traders to discover. Just a five-minute walk away, The Level is a great spot for an early-morning jog or a relaxed stroll. The park also features landscaped gardens, a children's playground, a skatepark, basketball courts, cafés and plenty of open space.

The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and is not in the heart of the nightlife, making it a great choice for guests looking for a quieter stay while still being within easy reach of local amenities and colourful areas such as the North Laine and South Lanes.
