The cottage is set in a rural location in the midst of stunning hills and woodland. Head out of your door to discover wild walks and cycle rides or journey the mile and a half to the pretty village of Dunning where you can have a spot of lunch at one of the local pubs. From here, the sights of the Highlands extend in all directions — 11 miles away, try the city of Perth for independent shops, eateries, and historical sites, or drive the 16 miles to the outskirts of the Lomond Hills, perfect for an adventurous walk.

Find the property itself on the edge of a collection of farm buildings. Traditional on the outside, yet with a stunning modern interior, the ground level is complete with a pair of comfortable reclining armchairs facing the Smart TV, a romantic eating area set for two, and a handy kitchen set away with everything you need to create lovely meals. A handy shower room is great for getting energised for exploring, and upstairs, your bedroom on the mezzanine level has a relaxing double bed and provides a tranquil retreat at the end of an active day.

Outside, across the courtyard from the main door visit the enclosed garden with a pretty eating area, the ideal spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere of the hills.
