About this apartment rental

Escape to this fantastic condo in Pelican Sound Golf and River resort. Golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball and basketball ball. A boat that takes you to lovers key Beach or just go for the ride and back. 6 pools and 3 restaurants in the community. Our home is within walking distance to all amenities. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The condo stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Book now and enjoy everything this phenomenal condo has to offer.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $260 applies to all reservations.
Amenities Fee: $495 (This is a mandatory fee that all guests must pay if requesting to use amenities)
