Welcome to our beautifully renovated Beachfront condo. Located directly on the white sugary sands and Emerald waters of Panama City Beach, our 5th floor condo is perfect for couples or small families. DON'T settle for "peek a boo views", when you can be BEACHFRONT!

Our condo can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably.

The primary bedroom features a plush king size bed, 2 nightstands with personal fans, a dresser and a wall mounted flat screen t.v.

In the hallway, you'll find cozy twin bunk beds with an additional trundle twin bed, while the living room offers a brand new Queen leather sleeper sofa- ideal for extra guests.

Our condo includes 1.5 bathrooms in a convenient Jack and Jill layout. The primary suite features its own private vanity, toilet, and spacious walk-in shower. The secondary bathroom, accessible from the hallway, includes a separate vanity and toilet. A sliding pocket door between the two spaces allows for added privacy when needed.


The FULLY stocked kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and more-perfect for preparing quick breakfasts to full meals. Enjoy a dual function Keurig coffee maker (for both drip coffee and pods), along with a crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, Ninja grill/air fryer, and a wide assortment of cookware, utensils, glassware and even dishes for kids.

For your convenience, our condo also includes a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, and broom

Unwind in the inviting living room, where you'll be treated to stunning views of the Gulf's calm, crystal-clear water. The space features a comfortable leather couch, 2 swivel chairs, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and a dining table for 4, plus additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar

Step outside onto your private BEACHFRONT balcony and take in the breathtaking scenery. Start your day with a peaceful sunrise and a cup of coffee, then wind down in the evening with a cocktail as the sun sets. When you do decide to venture out, the resort is located on Thomas Drive, along the East side of Panama City Beach and close to numerous attractions. There are several restaurants, ice cream shops, local beach shops, and bars within WALKING distance. The famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is nearby. Enjoy the ability to walk to lunch, grab a drink, and listen to live music in the evenings ( Family friendly until 8pm)

The beautiful and guest favorite, St Andrew’s State Park is just 3 miles East down the road. The Park offers hiking, fishing, camping, Shell Island, Dolphin Tours, a souvenir shop, and more.

Other nearby attractions include: Ripley’s Believe it or not, Wonder Works, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Sea Screamer, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Coconut Creek Golf Course and Giant Maze, Dolly Parton's Pirate show, Pier Park, Deep sea fishing charters, several golf courses, and numerous restaurants. Florida Caverns is just 90 minutes away.


PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A ONE TIME $27.00 REGISTRATION FEE THAT IS PAID TO THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK-IN .. THIS ALLOWS FOR 1 PARKING PASS AND UP TO 5 WRISTBANDS WHICH ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE RESORT FOR ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 5. THESE ALLOW FOR USE OF THE AMENITIES
