Good to Know Before You Book

*Pet Policy
One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval.
A $100 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.
Limit one pet.

*Pool & Spa Heating
Pool heating is available for $100 per day.
Spa heating is available for $40 per night.
Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time, as they share the same gas line. When one is heating, the other will automatically be off.

*Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with Riverside County Short-Term Rental regulations.
Excessive noise or violations of county ordinances may result in a $1,000 county-issued fine, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

*Parking
Free parking is available.
Up to 2 vehicles may park in the driveway.
Up to 2 additional vehicles may park on the street where permitted.
Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or park on landscaping.

*Outdoor Umbrellas Policy:
Our patio umbrellas are provided for your comfort. For everyone's safety, please close all umbrellas whenever they are not in use or if you leave the property, as sudden desert winds can cause damage without warning.

Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any umbrella damaged because it was left open or unsecured during their stay. The minimum replacement charge is $50 per umbrella, with additional costs assessed if the replacement value exceeds that amount.

Security: There are three cameras outside the residence-Doorbell/entry camera, side of the house, and backyard to see the entry from the sliding doors.
