Welcome to our spacious and comfy lower level suite! Why settle for a boring hotel room when you can have a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an in-unit washer and dryer? Plus, enjoy the comfort of memory foam beds and designated parking - one assigned spot and two compact overflow stalls shared with upstairs unit. We're pet-friendly too, with a private backyard for your furry friends.

Pets
We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us know. We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. All pets also need to be house trained.
Noise
As much as we love to groove, we do want to let you know that there are people living above you and there may befootstep noise. Our home is perfect for those who don't mind a little cha-cha-cha from above, but may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Just think of this unit as a bottom floor apartment and you'll be good to go!
Surveillance Cameras
We want to ensure that our home is safe and secure, so we do have surveillance cameras monitoring the exterior perimeter of the house around the clock. Don't worry though, we won't be using them to spy on you, we just want to make sure that our home and guests are safe and secure.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We're in Hillman City in south Seattle — a walkable, unpretentious pocket of the city with some of the best ethnic food in the region. Seward Park and Lake Washington are a 3-minute drive, Columbia City with its farmers market and local organic grocer is 4 minutes, downtown Seattle is about 14 minutes, and the freeway is 7. Alki Beach is roughly 18 minutes and Pike Place about 17. Bus lines, bike paths and trails are all close by, though we'd recommend a car for exploring the wider area.
GOOD FOR LONGER STAYS
This unit works well for weeks and months, not just weekends. There's a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit, a dedicated workspace, fast wifi, a full kitchen with real appliances, and plenty of closet storage. We welcome stays of 28 nights and longer — travel nurses, relocations, remodels and extended family visits are all regular guests here. Reach out and we'll put together a quote for your dates.
PARKING AND ACCESS
One assigned parking stall is yours, with two compact overflow stalls along the fence shared with the upstairs unit, plus free street parking. Entry is through your own private door on the right side of the house — just two steps up from the walkway, with no interior stairs and everything on one level once you're inside.
