Welcome to your peaceful home away from home in the heart of Goolwa. Blending a “little bit of country” charm with roomy, light-filled spaces and a beautiful garden-setting, this property offers a wonderfully calm atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. Whether you are relaxing in the bright, sunny living room looking out over the gardens or unwinding after a day of exploring, this spacious retreat is designed for ultimate comfort. Perfectly situated, you are just a short stroll from local shops, vibrant cafes, Byrnes Reserve, and the beautiful river and public boat ramp. The beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away!

At the end of a cul de sac, and hidden away, one of the standout features of this fabulous property is the space. Room for some cricket and footy in the enclosed area or out the front amongst the beautiful lawns and rolling trees. Please note that the area to the rear of the house is private and off limits to guests and must not be accessed.


The fully equipped kitchen features an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso pod machine with a milk attachment for your morning brew. When it’s time to unwind, the main living area features comfortable seating (including a 2.5-seater sofa bed) and glass doors that frame a beautiful view of both the front and rear yards. Year-round comfort is guaranteed with a split system AC in the living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. High speed Wi-Fi is included along with Netflix and Stan streaming services.

There are three bedrooms, all with big beds (a king and two queens) plus bedside tables, lamps and storage. The outlook to the gardens from each room is delightful.

There are two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and shower, plus a convenient ensuite off the master bedroom. A full laundry is available for guest use.

There is an enclosed outdoor space to the rear of the property, with a dining table and a BBQ.

There is undercover parking available in the carport for two cars as well as two spaces not under cover directly in front of the car port. On street parking is available if needed.

Please do not park your cars in front of the garage as this is used by the owners. If you do require additional parking, please reach out in advance to see if arrangements are able to be made.

The beds will be freshly made for your arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. The backyard is completely fenced and pet secure, giving you total peace of mind while your furry family members enjoy the grassed area.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
