Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home – all bedrooms, living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and your very own pool. Relax, swim, cook, or unwind in complete privacy.

✔ Check-out: 11 AM
✔ No smoking indoors
✔ No parties or events
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM
✔ Early check-in must be requested in advance (a fee may apply if approved)
✔ Late check-out: $100/hour after 11 AM
✔ Any non-consumable items removed from the property will be charged at $100 per item
✔ Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight

▶ We kindly ask guests to start the laundry before check-out. Please note that any excessive laundry beyond normal use may be subject to an additional fee.

▶AC Settings:
Due to South Florida’s heat and humidity, we kindly ask guests to keep the thermostat set between 70–78°F to ensure optimal cooling performance and help prevent system issues.

Pool Notice:
The pool is professionally maintained and serviced weekly. As this is a private residence rather than a hotel, daily cleaning is not included, and minor debris such as leaves may occasionally be present due to weather conditions.
Optional service: Additional on-demand pool cleaning can be arranged during your stay for a $100 service fee.
