EXTENDED-STAY LINENS & HOUSEKEEPING

Because this home is offered exclusively for extended stays, guests have two options regarding linens:

Option 1 – Use the provided linens:
Guests may use the home's provided bed and bath linens and participate in professional housekeeping every two weeks. Housekeeping is $100 per service and includes a standard cleaning and replacement of the provided bed and bath linens.

Option 2 – Bring your own linens:
Guests who prefer not to participate in the biweekly housekeeping service may bring their own bed and bath linens. The home's linens will be removed and stored prior to the guest's arrival and will not be available for use during the stay.

Guests must select their preferred option prior to arrival.

PARKING

There is no dedicated or assigned parking at the property.

Guests will use available street parking, which is first-come, first-served. Please keep this in mind when considering the property for an extended stay.
