While most nearby properties strictly ban pets, we know dogs are family. To ensure a smooth stay for you and your pup, the unit includes food and water bowls with a protective silicone mat, a containment basket for spare supplies, and a roll of outdoor pet waste bags. To protect subsequent guests who may have strict allergies, pups are kindly asked to stay off the beds and furniture, and they must be crated if left unattended in the unit.

Per strict community HOA guidelines, motorcycles, trailers, commercial trucks, scooters, and RVs are prohibited on the premises. Pool fobs and wristbands are provided in the unit for pool access, and these must be returned to their designated spot at check-out to avoid replacement fees. No clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall be hung from outside railings nor draped over outside furniture.We supply an initial starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, dish soap, and basic toiletries, though guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies for extended stays. Quality bath towels are provided for indoor shower use only, so please bring your own dedicated beach and pool towels for the ocean and outdoor pool area. Finally, please note that this is a 100% smoke-free property, which applies to both the interior of the condo and the private patio space.
